The delegation was received by Salem Mohammed Al Ketbi, Chairman of Al Dhaid Sports Club, alongside board member Malek Misbah Al Ketbi and Executive Director Muhair Obaid Al Khayyal Al Tunaiji.

During the visit, the committee toured the club's summer programme, which includes a variety of educational, recreational and sporting activities aimed at developing young people's skills, enhancing their abilities and encouraging them to make productive use of their time during the school holidays.

The delegation also attended the club's weekly sports awards ceremony, where the winning teams in the volleyball tournament were honoured, highlighting the positive spirit of competition fostered throughout the programme.

The committee praised the quality and diversity of the activities organised by Al Dhaid Sports Club, noting that they provide young people with valuable opportunities to learn, develop and engage during the summer break. It added that the initiatives support the wider objectives of the Sharjah Sports Summer programme by promoting sporting, cultural and social development in a safe, supportive and motivating environment.
