SDTPS discusses concept of institutional happiness sustainability

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey (SDTPS) organised an introductory workshop on the sustainability of institutional happiness, presented by Hussain Yousef Al Johari, Human Development and Institutional Development Consultant, in which he discussed the concept of happiness and its positive role in the success and stability of the personal lives of employees and its impact on the development of work and the achievement of career goals with excellence.
The workshop also touched on the role of institutions in providing job environments that support the concepts of sustainability in achieving job happiness for employees by adopting the values of justice, integrity, transparency, credibility, open dialogue and other values that achieve job satisfaction and happiness for all categories of employees in the institution.
