Sharjah 24: His Excellency Engineer Hamad Juma Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey (SDTPS), welcomed His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Chairman of the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), who was accompanied by a high-level delegation. This was part of ongoing cooperation and periodic coordination efforts between the two sides.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed efforts to advance development and integration in services, contributing to the achievement of sustainable development goals and enhancing the quality of services provided to investors and clients in the Emirate of Sharjah. The meeting also addressed a number of important topics focused on the development and enhancement of electronic services, electronic linkage mechanisms between the two departments, and proactive solutions aimed at accelerating current procedures.
Al Shamsi emphasised that the cooperation between the two departments forms a cornerstone for supporting sustainable development and improving the investment environment in the Emirate. This is achieved through the exchange of expertise and ideas that enhance the quality of services provided to investors and clients, creating an integrated infrastructure that meets economic growth needs. For his part, Al Mahmoud underscored the department's commitment to strengthening its constructive collaboration with the Department of Planning and Survey in Sharjah.
