Sharjah 24: With the participation of 300 competitors from different age groups, the Sharjah Triathlon 2023 at Al Mamzar Corniche achieved great success on Saturday, April 29.

The event was held as part of the Sharjah Sports Council’s community sports activities in cooperation with the UAE Triathlon Federation and Endurance Sports Services, and a number of supporting and contributing entities and institutions.

It included the Olympic category of swimming for a distance of 1.5 km, cycling for a distance of 40 km and running for a distance of 10 km.

The second category of swimming for a distance of 750 km, cycling for a distance of 20 km and running for a distance of 5 km.

The third of swimming for a distance of 350 metres, cycling for 10 km and running for 2.5 km.

The fourth category for children of swimming for a distance of 150 metres, cycling for a distance of 5 km, and running for a distance of 1.5 km.

The event witnessed the honouring top winners of all categories.
