Sharjah24: Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, witnessed the launch of the 30th edition of Ramadan Sports Tournament of Sharjah Police, with the participation of (411) players from the force.
The launch of the tournament was attended by Abdul Malik Jani, Vice Chairman of Sharjah Sports Council, general managers, directors, and senior officers.
The tournament will continue until the 20th of Ramadan.
The Ramadan tournament includes volleyball, padel tennis, electronic games, football, tug of war, and swimming, as well as competitions for women, including basketball, volleyball, and padel tennis.
Al Shamsi confirmed that the tournament is an extension of the successes achieved in the past year, which effectively impacted physical fitness and the quality of a healthy life.
