During the tour, the municipal delegation conveyed the congratulations of Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah City Municipality, to school administrations and educational staff, wishing them and students a successful and outstanding academic year. Bouquets of flowers were also presented in appreciation of the efforts of educational staff at the start of the new academic year.

Al Shamsi said the visit reflects the municipality’s commitment to strengthening its community presence and direct engagement with institutions across Al Hamriyah, particularly educational institutions, which play a pivotal role in building people and shaping the future.

He said Al Hamriyah Municipality was keen to share schools’ joy at the start of the new academic year and express its appreciation for their administrations and educational staff for their role in nurturing students and developing their knowledge and abilities.

He added that the participation of municipal employees from various departments and sections reflects the municipality’s commitment to strengthening communication and community cohesion, as well as promoting partnership and social responsibility.

Al Shamsi noted that Al Hamriyah Municipality places great importance on the safety of students and the school community. In coordination with the relevant authorities, it works to enhance the readiness of facilities and roads surrounding schools and improve traffic flow, helping provide a safe and well-organised environment at the start of the academic year.
