The delegation was received by Salem Mohammed bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors; Malik Musbah Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Marketing and Investment Committee; Meher Obaid Al Khayal Al Tunaiji, Executive Director; and Saif Rashid Al Tunaiji, Quality Officer at the Club.
The session commenced with opening remarks from Salem Mohammed bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, who expressed his gratitude to the audit team and praised the considerable efforts of the Club’s staff over the past three years in implementing quality management standards within a unified administrative system.
He emphasised that the Club’s ongoing efforts to adopt international best practices demonstrate its commitment to institutional excellence, organisational development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
After the opening session, the external audit team held a technical meeting with the Club’s quality management team to review the ISO quality system standards and assess the implementation across all departments and administrative units.
The auditors also conducted on-site inspections of both internal and external Club facilities, verifying the implementation of quality standards in real operational environments.
In the final session, the audit team commended Al Dhaid Club’s outstanding commitment to meeting ISO standards, emphasising the efficiency, professionalism, and consistency demonstrated by the Club’s management and staff.
The auditors confirmed that Al Dhaid Cultural and Sports Club had successfully met the ISO quality standards, describing the achievement as a testament to the Club’s ongoing administrative and organisational development.
