His Excellency Dr Abdulaziz Al Noman, member of the Rubu' Qarn Center for Creating Leaders and Innovators, met with Professor Raúl Sánchez, Vice President for International Affairs at the University of Salamanca, Spain. The meeting aimed to discuss potential cooperation across various academic and cultural fields.
Also in attendance were Dr Manuel from the College of Arts and Humanities, University of Salamanca; Dr Khaled Muqalled, President of the Future Academy; and Dr Adnan Salloum, theatre arts Expert.
Founded in 1218, the University of Salamanca is among Europe’s most prestigious academic institutions and the oldest Spanish-speaking university. Known for its excellence in humanities, social sciences, health sciences, and engineering, it is a prominent hub for international academic and research collaboration.
During the visit, Dr Al Noman listened to participants of the "Theatre and Professional Development – Influential Leadership through the Performing Arts" programme. Attendees shared their experiences, highlighting how the programme effectively integrates theatrical performance with leadership training, communication skills, and creative thinking.
Dr Al Noman praised the programme's impact, emphasising its role in developing leadership and communication skills among youth. He noted that initiatives like this are valuable investments in building future leaders and contribute significantly to institutional development within the Rubu' Qarn framework.
