SHA receives health minister and undersecretary

Sharjah 24: Dr Abdulaziz bin Butti Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Sharjah Health Authority (SHA), received His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of Health and Prevention, and Her Excellency Dr Noura Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary of the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, at the authority's headquarters on Thursday. "We were honoured today, Thursday, to welcome His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of Health and Prevention, and Dr Noura Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary of the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, at the authority's headquarters," Al Muhairi said.

Talks on joint cooperation
The meeting brought the three sides together to discuss avenues for shared cooperation, with views exchanged on points that serve the health of the UAE as a whole and of Sharjah in particular, Al Muhairi noted.

A tour of the authority's clinics
Speaking to Sharjah24, Al Muhairi added that the minister also carried out an inspection tour of the medical clinics inside the authority's building, along with the relevant departments. He affirmed that these coordination visits between the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the Sharjah Health Authority, the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, and the UAE's other health entities will continue as part of efforts to strengthen institutional integration and raise the quality of healthcare services.
