SCI oversees preparations for 11th mass wedding

Sharjah 24 – WAM: The newly formed Board of Directors of the Sharjah Charity International (SCI) held its first regular meeting on Friday, chaired by Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Board. The meeting focused on reviewing the final preparations for the 11th mass wedding, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

Event date and participation finalised

Following the review of the majority of submitted applications, the Board confirmed that the mass wedding celebration will take place on November 26, with the participation of 150 grooms.

Review of private investment projects

The Council also discussed the progress of various private investment projects overseen by the Association. They expressed gratitude for the confidence placed in them by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and acknowledged his continued support for charitable and humanitarian initiatives.

Ongoing support from leadership

The Board also noted the ongoing support and close follow-up from His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, who continues to support SCI’s charitable mission.
