SP and SA discuss strategic planning collaboration

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police (SP), through its Strategy and Institutional Leadership Department, welcomed a delegation from the Sharjah Archives (SA) to explore avenues of cooperation and exchange expertise in strategic planning and institutional performance development.

Attendees

Lieutenant Colonel Abdulrahman Salem Al Mundhiri, Head of the Partnership and Integration Section in the Strategy and Institutional Leadership Department, received the visitors.

Representing the Sharjah Archives was Maryam Al Mansouri, Deputy Director of Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence, along with several specialists from both organisations.

Meeting

The meeting featured a comprehensive presentation on the development journey of the strategic plan, including mechanisms for refining its objectives to align with national priorities and the future vision of the Emirate. Participants also reviewed the methodology for defining and monitoring key performance indicators.
