The workshop is part of a series of initiatives and events that the Sharjah Parents Council is keen to implement, in partnership with educational institutions, to support students psychologically and academically and provide a stimulating environment that enhances the quality of educational life and supports excellence and success.
The workshop saw significant interaction from the students, who showed remarkable interest in the discussions and engaged with the workshop topics by asking questions about effective methods and strategies for overcoming feelings of anxiety, especially in the period leading up to exams. The workshop presenter was keen to present practical and applied methods that help students transition from a state of stress to a stage of mental empowerment and psychological preparation.
Samaa Zaki also addressed the keys to success and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset capable of enhancing productivity and achieving individual and collective goals. She focused on leveraging strengths and transforming challenges into opportunities, which contributes to improving academic performance and enhancing feelings of happiness and self-confidence.
The workshop concluded with an interactive session, during which the students documented the most important points they learned and shared them with their peers in an atmosphere of fun and enthusiasm. They concluded the meeting with a sense of mental and moral preparation to take exams with high confidence and the ambition to achieve excellence.
