The meeting, chaired by Mohannad Al Bustani, Council Chairman, was attended by Council members and committee heads. Discussions focused on future initiatives and the work plans for the fourth quarter of 2025, alongside reviewing the progress of committees and programmes aimed at supporting both students and their parents.
During the meeting, Al Bustani announced the launch of a unified digital platform to document the Council’s various activities and events. This pioneering step is designed to enhance transparency, ensure institutional continuity, and provide a comprehensive online reference for tracking the Council’s programmes and initiatives.
This initiative is the first of its kind among similar councils and reflects the Council’s commitment to digital transformation and Sharjah’s broader goals of innovation and smart governance.
The meeting also reviewed the approved plans for the fourth quarter, which include awareness programmes and workshops for parents, educational and pedagogical events targeting students at all levels, as well as community activities aimed at fostering national values and promoting positive engagement between families, schools, and society.
Council members highlighted the importance of the new platform in documenting achievements and facilitating the monitoring of initiatives, ensuring synergy between committees and enhancing overall efficiency. They also emphasised the Council’s commitment to continued teamwork in realising the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in making families active partners in the educational and developmental process.
In closing, the Council Chairman expressed his gratitude to all members for their fruitful efforts, confirming that the coming phase will see further innovative initiatives designed to serve students and their parents, solidifying the Council’s role as an active community platform supporting the advancement of education in the Emirate of Sharjah.
