The week-long initiative provided a vibrant mix of engaging and enriching activities that combined fun with personal development, resulting in notable success in enhancing the skills of participating girls.
The programme featured 12 interactive workshops hosted in various regions of the Emirate, including Al Qarayen, Khorfakkan, Kalba, Al Madam, and Dibba Al Hisn. Over 230 participants — affectionately referred to as Sajaya's friends — took part in these sessions, which focused on nurturing essential competencies such as leadership, creativity, teamwork, science and technology, and life skills.
Beyond education, the programme embraced a well-rounded approach with activities in arts and crafts, programming, self-development, sports, and entertainment. This blend provided a fun, engaging atmosphere while encouraging learning and personal growth.
Sajaya continues to prioritise programmes that align with girls’ interests and developmental needs, fostering an environment filled with challenges, creativity, and support. Through these initiatives, Sajaya aims to build a generation of confident, capable, and value-driven young women, ready to contribute meaningfully to society and face the future with assurance.
