Sharjah Police welcomes delegation from the SSD

Sharjah24: Colonel Dr. Sameh Khamees Al Halyan, the Deputy Director of Strategy and Corporate Excellence at Sharjah Police, hosted a delegation from the Social Services Department (SSD), led by Mouza Mohammed Al Suwaidi, the Director of the Strategic Development Office, with several other officials from both organisations in attendance. The purpose of the visit was to gain insight into the best practices adopted by Sharjah Police in strategic planning.

Strengthening partnerships through knowledge exchange

During the meeting, Colonel Al Halyan highlighted the leadership's dedication to promoting collaboration with various partners, enabling the transfer of Sharjah Police's expertise in strategic planning to enhance organisational performance and promote excellence. The visiting delegation was briefed on the mechanisms of strategic planning employed by Sharjah Police, including a review of their strategic plan and methods of monitoring. Additionally, the delegation shared their own strategic plan.

At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed their sincere appreciation for the warm welcome they received and commended Sharjah Police for their ongoing efforts in fostering positive collaboration and exchanging expertise, which will contribute to achieving shared strategic objectives and improving institutional performance.
