Intensive preparations for 10th “Sharjah Cycling Tour”

Sharjah 24: Preparations are in full swing for the 10th edition of the Sharjah International Cycling Tour, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.

The Supreme Organising Committee, led by His Excellency Abdul Malik Jani, Vice-Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, is overseeing the event's coordination.

Coordination meeting to review progress

The organising committee held a meeting at the Sharjah Sports Council headquarters to assess the progress of various sub-committees. Key areas discussed included technical, logistical, media, and marketing preparations for the event.

Final preparations for press conference

The committee finalised preparations for the press conference on January 13, which will take place on Al Noor Island in Sharjah. The event will announce details of the 10th edition, including the participating teams, countries, and the five-stage race's starting and closing points.

Acknowledging efforts and overcoming challenges

His Excellency Abdul Malik Jani thanked the committees for their hard work and progress. He emphasised the importance of continued collaboration with government and private entities to ensure the event's success.
