Sharjah24: The Olympic sailor from Al Hamriyah, Adel Khalid, is ready to compete in the European Sailing League in Malta from 10 to 12 January 2025. Khalid, competing in the "Masters" category, seeks to showcase another impressive performance, drawing from his successful outings in earlier European sailing events.
Khalid expressed his readiness and affirmed his determination to begin the new year with a victory, honouring the names of Al Hamriyah Club, Sharjah, and the UAE.
Ahmed Al Ketbi, Vice President of Al Hamriyah Club and a board member, emphasised the importance of the team's participation in the league, citing the benefits of competing against foreign talent. He expressed his earnest hope for Khalid's achievement.
