Upon arriving, Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman officially inaugurated the building by cutting the ribbon, signaling that it is now ready to offer a full range of services to its residents.
He, along with the attendees, took a tour of a model residential unit in the building, where he explored the various rooms and amenities designed for residents' comfort. The building features 15 floors, offering residential units in a range of sizes, complemented by 5 floors devoted to parking, providing a total of 85 spaces. On the ground floor, there are several shops and offices for building management, all aimed at delivering top-notch services to the residents.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Sheikh Salem bin Abdulrahman was presented with a commemorative gift as a token of appreciation for his presence at the inauguration event.
Sharjah Awqaf has launched the “Barakat Al Dar” project as part of its endowment initiatives, aiming to inspire and encourage generous individuals to revive the tradition of endowment. This project focuses on the noble cause of honoring parents through charitable acts.
The inauguration saw the participation of several notable figures, including Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Mail, the Head of the Social Services Department; Abdullah bin Yarouf Al Sebousi, the Head of the Islamic Affairs Department; Talib Ibrahim Al Marri, the Director General of the Awqaf Department; and Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Shamsi, Director General of Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department. Also in attendance were Mohammed Hassan Khalaf, the Director General of the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, along with various senior officials.
