Judo training camp for coaches and players in Sharjah

The camp's activities are taking place across Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club, Sharjah Sports Club, Khorfakkan Sports Club, and Kalba Club, featuring theoretical lectures, practical training, and field visits to local judo facilities.

This initiative is part of the Sports Affairs and Development Department’s efforts to enhance coaching and improve player skills at various age levels.

Sertic, a globally recognised judo expert, is a lecturer at the International Judo Federation with a PhD in Kinesiology. He has authored over 200 research papers and books on martial arts. Sertic is also a former champion, technical director of the Croatian national judo teams, and has chaired the Federation's Coaches Committee since 2000, overseeing seven international judo events.
