Dibba Al Hisn Club organises the 'Believe That You Can' workshop

Sharjah 24: Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club organized, on Tuesday, at the club, the "Believe that you can" training workshop for players, administrators and coaches, as part of the human resources training plan based on the Board of Directors' directions for development and sustainability.

The workshop was presented by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawaa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, in the presence of Mohammed Abdullah Rashid Al Taraban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, and a number of members of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Al Mutawaa began the workshop by emphasising its importance and objectives, as he focused on developing skills and enhancing self-confidence, stressing its pivotal role in improving job performance and daily tasks, and raising levels of job happiness among employees.

Al Mutawaa also discussed the importance of enhancing job loyalty by adopting positive practices that create a stimulating work environment.

The workshop included extensive discussions on building self-confidence and its impact on controlling and developing one’s personality, in addition to presenting practical concepts and tools that help improve individual performance and enhance positive personality.

Al Mutawaa provided a detailed explanation on how to boost confidence among individuals to build strong personalities capable of facing challenges and achieving their goals.

The workshop concluded by emphasising the importance of continuing learning and self-development as one of the pillars of institutional success, within the framework of Dibba Al Hisn Club’s vision to enhance the sustainability of performance and excellence in various fields
