These include fostering initiative and innovation across all work areas, both in technical and administrative capacities, promoting a spirit of competition and excellence among individuals, deepening the culture of quality and excellence, and contributing to a work environment conducive to continuous development and improvement. Additionally, the department emphasizes motivation and encourages its employees to strive for greater innovation and enhanced performance, ultimately boosting productivity for the benefit of both individuals and the organization.
Among the notable winners of the awards, Mira Al Mazrou from the Buildings Projects Department and Mira Al Ali from the Human Resources Department shared the honors for Distinguished Employee in the Technical and Administrative Field for New Employees. The title of Distinguished Employee in the Technical Field was awarded jointly to Engineer Amal Al Masry from the Projects Department and Engineer Mohamed Ramadan from the Contracts Department. In terms of groups, the standout category was the Distinguished Organizational Unit Award, with the Buildings Projects Department taking first place, followed by the Corporate Communications Center in second, and the Information Technology Center securing third place.

Each category within the program had specific characteristics that were taken into account, with the key factors being initiative, creativity, cooperation, job commitment, participation, accountability, performance, achievement, and a commitment to continuous learning. The evaluation process was overseen by an impartial jury made up of experts and evaluators from the Sharjah Police General Command.

Engineer Mira Al Mazroui from the Building Projects Department, one of the award recipients, emphasized that the recognition was well-deserved after his involvement in several initiatives that contributed to achieving the strategic plan's goals and promoting green energy projects, as well as utilizing environmentally friendly materials in his work.
Mira Al Ali from the Human Resources and Finance Department highlighted that cultivating a culture of excellence is a continuous journey rather than a final goal. She expressed her dedication to supporting her colleagues in their roles, with the aim of driving further progress and success in the workplace. Mira pointed out that recent changes in the award process, particularly the broadened selection criteria, have led to a significant increase in the number of participants.
Amal Al Ali, the Head of Public Relations and a member of the Corporate Communications Center team that earned second place as the best organizational unit, took pride in being part of the Public Works Department. She commended the department's outstanding leadership for adopting and implementing innovative ideas that promote excellence and advancement. By making effective use of available resources, the department is focused on improving service quality while saving time and effort, ultimately fulfilling its primary goal of delivering exceptional public services.
