In the individual competitions that took place on Saturday, Sharjah Club players excelled in the various age groups under 11 and 20 years, as player Noura Al Ketbi won first place and the gold medal in the under 11 category with the sabre weapon. Maitha Al Marzouqi won third place and the bronze medal in the same category. In the under 20 category, Reem Al Mazmi won third place and the bronze medal with the sabre weapon, thus confirming the club's superiority in fencing.
In the team competitions that were held on Sunday, Sharjah Women's Sports Club team for the under 20 category (sabre) managed to achieve the silver medal. The team included Reem Al Mazmi, Afra Al Balushi, Shama Al Suwaidi and Ghala Mubarak, who gave a distinguished performance that reflected the great efforts made in training.
The team's administrator, Hoda Hassan, praised the achievements made by the players, stressing that these results represent a strong motivation to continue working towards achieving more successes.
