Khalid Al Midfa: National Day celebrations span Sharjah’s cities

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Khalid Jassim Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah National Day Celebrations Committee, shared that the festivities kicked off on Thursday at Sharjah National Park and will continue for 12 days across the cities of the Emirate of Sharjah.

In statements to Sharjah 24, Al Midfa explained that the celebrations are designed to give visitors the chance to experience the rich heritage of Sharjah’s diverse regions, showcasing Emirati traditions and cultural heritage.

He added that the 53rd National Day celebrations have seen significant participation from government and private sector officials, with large crowds expected to grow in the coming days. Each region has its unique celebration, highlighting the distinctiveness of Sharjah’s mountainous, coastal, and desert landscapes.
