His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, officially received the 2024-2025 "Best Workplace" certification on Wednesday at the municipality’s headquarters. The prestigious recognition, awarded by the international organisation "Great Place to Work," was based on employee feedback gathered through a trust index survey that assessed their work experience.
The certificate presentation took place in the presence of several dignitaries, along with senior officials and department heads from the Municipality.
His Excellency Mubarak Rashid Al Shamsi expressed pleasure with the Municipality's achievement of the prestigious "Best Workplace" certification from the international organisation "Great Place to Work." This milestone, the first of its kind among Sharjah’s municipalities, highlights the Municipality's dedication to institutional excellence and strategic planning. It also reflects the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, in prioritising the development of national human capitals.
