Al Ali: Awqaf launches 20 Devices to Support Charitable Projects

Sharjah24: Iman Hassan Al Ali, the official spokesperson for the Sharjah Awqaf Department, revealed that the department has launched various types of smart payment devices, in line with the digital transformation witnessed by the United Arab Emirates in general and the Emirate of Sharjah in particular. More than 20 devices have been distributed in mosques and different locations in the Emirate of Sharjah as an initial phase, such as the Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal Mosque, the Al-Siddiqeen Mosque, the Sharjah Ladies Club, the Kuwait Hospital, and the Al-Zahia Center, among others.
Al Ali added that the devices are characterized by their ease of use and the highest levels of security and protection when contributing. They also support all payment methods such as (Google, Samsung, Apple), (Visa Card, and Master Card).
She called on the public to contribute to supporting the endowment (Waqf), as it is one of the greatest, most lasting, and most beneficial ongoing charities.
