Sharjah24: The General Command of Sharjah Police has initiated an awareness campaign called "Secure and Reassure" in partnership with the Sharjah Economic Development Department “SEDD”, aiming to spread important information and ensure public safety.
The campaign seeks to inform business owners about the importance of safeguarding their commercial properties, thereby reducing the risk of theft and promoting a greater sense of security.
Sharjah Police has announced that their campaign will be running for a duration of one month. The campaign aims to raise awareness and will feature messages in three languages: Arabic, English, and Urdu. The campaign seeks to improve security awareness by providing a series of guidelines and preventive measures for business owners and private establishments. As part of the efforts to enhance security and safety, various measures have been taken in establishments.
Sharjah Police is urging all private establishment owners to stay informed and follow the necessary preventive measures in order to minimise the occurrence of theft. They also urge individuals to report any concerning incidents or suspicious activities by contacting the non-emergency number 901 or the Criminal Investigation Department hotline at 80040. In addition, reports can also be submitted using the "Haris" service on the Sharjah Police General Command app.
