Sharjah 24: Brigadier General Ahmed Haji Al Sarkal, Director of the General Department of Police Operations, received Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Head of the City Security and Cleanliness and Public Facilities Division, and Mazna Hamad bin Sarhan Al Ghafli - Legal Researcher from the Al Hamriyah Municipality, in the presence of Colonel Ahmed Al Marri, Director of the Community Police Department, and a number of specialised officers.
The visit came in appreciation of the effective role of the Sharjah Police and its contribution to supporting the “Towards a Sustainable Environment” campaign and its success, which was organised by the Al Hamriyah Municipal Council in November at Al Hamriyah Beach Park with the participation of the theatrical work team at the Sharjah Police General Command, by presenting awareness-raising theatrical works to educate the public about preserving the environment and its resources, and achieving environmental sustainability.
Brigadier General Ahmed Haji Al Sarkal praised the kind gesture, which emphasised the close cooperation between the two sides in a way that serves and achieves the desired goals, valuing the social role that the council provides to members of society, through various initiatives that contribute to supporting the development process of the emirate, and augmenting the quality of life in society.
