The desert park, which came under the slogan “Together... Time is More Beautiful,” is one of the most important annual Sharjah Police initiatives that it organises to enhance the quality of life for its members, their families, and community members of all ages.
The park includes a space for holding security and community events, and a number of other heritage- oriented spaces, such as the heritage and entertainment villages, the sand courts corner, and a restaurant corner that includes areas designated for barbecues, in addition to a prayer hall with a capacity of up to 100 people, which was built in a historical manner from recycled materials by the inmates of the Correctional and Punitive Institution of Sharjah Police.
Sharjah Police invites all individuals and institutions to visit the desert park, which is open seven days a week, from 4PM to 10PM, to enjoy various activities and adventures amid the winter desert atmosphere that characterises the Al Bataeh region.
