Sharjah 24: Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of Central Operations of the Sharjah Police General Command (SPGC), chaired a meeting between the Joint Committee for Planning Minor Traffic Accidents in the Emirate and Rafid Automotive Solutions Company.

The meeting was aimed at assessing Sharjah Police's best practices for developing services for stakeholders as well as discussing future project suggestions. The performance and indications for the year 2023 were also evaluated.

The CEO of Rafid Vehicle Solutions Company, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee, the Directors of Traffic and Patrols Management, Accident Management, and Roadside Assistance Services, as well as numerous other significant officers, were present at the meeting.

The meeting covered a variety of subjects of mutual interest to the two sides, including the previous year's outcomes and indications.

Mechanisms for enhancing service delivery to stakeholders were offered in accordance with best practices. Future plans for the next year were also addressed.

Al Naour praised Rafid's efforts and their good impact on meeting the response time indicator for minor traffic incidents in 2023.
