Upon his arrival, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed initiated the opening ceremony, signalling the start of the inaugural show and laser displays. He then toured the festival, which host 30 30 different government, semi-government, and private entities from Sharjah. These entities are offering a diverse range of events and activities for people of all ages. Sheikh Sultan was given a tour of the different pavilions showcasing popular tourist destinations and engaging activities for visitors to enjoy.

These platforms act as a connection between the participating institutions and the audience, enabling them to share their social messages that highlight the community's culture and its contribution to the emirate's progress. They provide insights into techniques and strategies, targeting various audience segments and age groups, while blending both educational and engaging elements.
Then, He received a detailed overview of the wide range of programmes available to attendees of the festival. Events of a cultural nature, educational seminars, laser displays, shows featuring Space Toon, live food demonstrations, sporting activities, and performances exhibiting history and folk customs are some of the variety of activities that are included in these programmes. Additionally, dedicated areas for children's games and food stalls have been allocated to enhance the festival experience.
The festival welcomes visitors to experience its evening hours for four days, highlighting the significant participation of the Sharjah Charity International. An integral component of the festival is the launch of a charitable campaign aimed at assisting the people of Gaza in Palestine. Throughout the festival grounds, 100 collection boxes will be strategically placed, providing attendees with an opportunity to contribute to this noble cause through donations.
The opening ceremony was also attended by several prominent figures, including Sheikh Salem bin Muhammad bin Salem Al Qasimi as Director of Sharjah Commerce & Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA); Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI); Hana Saif Al Suwaidi, Chairperson of the Environment and Protected Areas Authority; Ali Salem Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA); Engineer Hamad Juma Al Shamsi, Director-General of the Sharjah Planning and Survey Department; Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Musallam, Chairperson of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH) and numerous high-ranking officials, heads of government departments, and entities.
