The department hosted several of its strategic partners from government agencies and had benchmark comparisons with them.
Held at Aljada in Sharjah, the event included a dialogue session and an interactive workshop between the parties from the quality departments, where they received an interactive booklet that included several activities, performance analysis, and best practices designed to achieve quality in institutional work.
Benchmark comparisons are considered one of the essential quality tools used to improve organizations' products, services, and systems.
Engineer Hind Nasser, Director of the Strategic Planning and Quality Centre at SDPW, stated that such initiatives and development activities stem from the strategic visions and directions of the department, as we are living in an era of knowledge and competitiveness to achieve sustainable development, noting that comprehensive quality is one of the modern concepts that aim to constantly improve and develop performance in line with local and global actions to achieve excellence in all operations carried out by the department.
