Sharjah24: The Human Resources Division and the Institutional Communication Centre of the Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW) collaborated to establish a community project on the 19th of this month in honour of World Humanitarian Day.
Employees and engineers will be bringing presents to the construction site of the Al Humah Sewage Treatment Plant as part of this effort. The objective is to highlight the benefits of humanitarian work and foster a sense of community by bringing people together.

The Institutional Communication Centre's Head of Public Relations, Amal Al Ali, stated that the department recognises World Humanitarian Day to highlight the significance of principles like kindness, giving, and human brotherhood.

The goal of the initiative is to draw attention to the vital importance of humanitarian efforts and other forms of philanthropic giving in maintaining healthy communities and fostering long-term growth in the face of global difficulties.

The Institutional Communication Centre has made community outreach and volunteerism a priority, and this event is one of their strategic goals. It highlights the value of cultivating a culture of tolerance as a cornerstone of human society, with implications for both the present and the future.
