Sharjah24: The Department of Public Works in Sharjah collaborated with Dr. Nutrition Centre and Mawj Optics in Dibba Al Hisn branch to initiate a programme titled "Your Health Matters." This initiative underscores their dedication to employee safety and ensuring a healthy work environment. Its objectives include fostering health awareness, cultivating a healthy culture, and preserving overall public health.

Tahani Al Zaheri, from the department's Public Relations, emphasised that this initiative reflects the department's commitment to the well-being of its employees. Health-related initiatives have been integrated into the overall plan to raise employee awareness about the importance of regular medical check-ups. This collaborative effort with health centres aims to promote healthy lifestyles and establish a sustainable health-oriented environment.

The medical team at the Dibba Al Hisn branch conducted examinations, provided consultations, advice, and support to the staff. Additionally, they briefed employees on examination results, their impact on health, and encouraged the adoption of healthy lifestyles.
