Mleiha Club sheds light on sustainability in managing sports teams

Sharjah 24: The Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club organised a workshop titled "Sustainability in Managing Sports Teams," as part of its series of activities related to sports sustainability.
This workshop was held with an integrated organisation and distinguished attendance, as it had a positive impact in enhancing awareness of the importance of sustainability in the field of sports.

The workshop, which was held at the club's headquarters, was presented by the distinguished lecturer, Dr. Saeed Balaith Al Tunaiji, who shed light on the importance of applying the concepts and principles of sustainability in managing sports teams.

The attendees enjoyed rich and inspiring content that contributes to stimulating the sustainable development of sports clubs, which converges in the light of strengthening the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to continue developing sports sectors and attracting children in various sports, touching on the Sheikha Jawaher Al Qasimi Award for Sports Excellence

The workshop was attended by a group of athletes from Mleiha Club, Al Dhaid Club and Al Batayeh Club, including Mohammed Sultan Khasouni Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club. Rashid Mohammed Al Ketbi, Member of the club's board of directors and head of the club's team sports committee, was also present.

Following the workshop, Rashid Mohammed Al Ketbi, Member of the Board of Directors of the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, made a statement in which he stressed the importance of this workshop in promoting a deep understanding of the concepts of sustainability in the management of sports teams. 

He expressed his appreciation for the attendance of the cadres of Al Dhaid Club and Al Batayeh Club to support this event and exchange valuable experiences.

He stressed that the Mleiha Club's approach continues to organise such workshops in promoting awareness and education in the field of sports sustainability, and contributes to building strong foundations for the development of sustainable sports societies. Al Ketbi thanked Al Dhaid Club and Al Batayeh Club for attending the workshop.
