Sharjah 24: With remarkable success, Mleiha club concluded its summer activities that lasted throughout the months of July and August, after achieving many national goals, which positively affected the members, and constituted an ideal platform to provide fun, educational, sports and entertainment experiences for youth, adolescents and children of all ages.
Mleiha club succeeded in hosting a diverse series of events and activities, where 333 participants joined these events throughout the summer weeks, including creative workshops, awareness seminars, sports activities, and exciting competitions.
The closing was held, at the club’s headquarters, on Thursday, and was attended by Muhammad Sultan Al Khasouni, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Musabeh Butti Al Qaidi, member of Mleiha Municipal Council, and Sharjah Sports Council (SSC) delegation headed by Ahmed Al Salman, Chairman of the Supervision and Follow-up Committee; Muhammad Shalash; Muhammad Salah; lecturer Dr. Saeed Balith Al Tunaiji; and activities members and their parents.
After reciting fragrant verses from the Holy Quran, Muhammad Sultan Al Khasouni, expressed the happiness of the club with the achievements that were made during this exciting and enjoyable period.
Al Khasouni extended his appreciation to those who contributed to the success of this programme, which was in line with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
Al Khasouni stressed that activities will continue throughout the year to present a variety of events and programmes that reflect a clear and ambitious vision that meets the aspirations of the Ruler of Sharjah and strengthens those bonds with young people.
At the end of the Mleiha Club summer closing ceremony, the distinguished, participants and supporters of the events were honoured and praised for their efforts.
