Department of Awqaf launches new “Aqrab” in Wasit walkway

This expansion resulted from the project's high public demand as well as the diversification of areas to cater to all societal groups. The "Aqrab" initiative was launched in 2022 within Water Endowment, which is concerned with volunteers distributing water free of charge to the public in the areas of the Emirate of Sharjah including Muwaileh Park and Al Mahatta Park, in addition to the recently opened Wasit Reserve walkway.
