Sharjah24: Sharjah Sports Club won the President's Cup (PC) for Judo in the junior division. Five clubs and 250 players battled over the course of two days at Ittihad Kalba Club.
Sharjah Sports Club finished first in the youth category, third in the junior category, and second in the cadet category.
The team finished the Judo Federation season with six gold, four silver, and seven bronze medals.
Suleiman Abdulrahman Al Hajri, a board member and head of individual sports engineering, hailed the team's remarkable success and applauded the sports council's ambitions.
By finding and developing potential young Emirati athletes and signing the top trainers, the club's judo squad has swiftly become the best in the country. During the competition, several important Judo Federation members were present.
