The meeting reviewed the latest developments in the implementation plan, as well as the sporting, cultural and social activities. It also assessed the readiness of the various working committees and finalised the distribution of responsibilities to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive programme that fulfils the initiative's objectives and meets participants' expectations.

During the meeting, Dr Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa stressed the importance of close cooperation among all working teams and making every effort to ensure the success of the summer programme. He said this would reinforce Dibba Al Hisn Club's distinguished reputation for organising community and youth events while providing a safe and motivating environment that helps participants develop their skills and make the best use of their free time.

Ahmed Abdullah Al Ghaseeb Al Naqbi said that all preparations are progressing according to plan and that the committees have completed most of the necessary arrangements. He confirmed the club's readiness to welcome participants and offer a diverse range of purposeful activities and programmes, enabling them to benefit educationally, athletically and socially in a safe and positive environment.
