Sharjah Club juniors team champion of Emirates Handball Cup

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah juniors “B” team of the Sharjah Sports Club was crowned champion of the Emirates Handball Cup for the 2022-2023 season, for the sixth time in a row, and the eighth in the club’s history, after defeating the Al Ahly Youth 33-24, on Sunday evening, at the Al Nasr Club Stadium in Dubai, within the seventh and final round of the competition.
Faisal Hussein Al Tawash, member of the Board of Directors of the UAE Handball Association and Chairman of the Coaches Committee and the National Teams Committee, handed over the championship cup and gold medals to the Sharjah team, in the presence of Jassim Mohammed, a member of the Team Games Department, handball supervisor, and Youssef Ahmed, supervisor of the age stages at the Sharjah Club, and Ali Al Marzouqi, director of the Sharjah men's handball team.

With this title, Sharjah handball has won its twelfth title this season out of 14 competitions so far, after the king's men won 4 championships.
