Sharjah24: The Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department of the Sharjah Police General Command organised Tuesday morning, a brainstorming session on developing digital services, at the headquarters of the the Sharjah Classic Cars Museum, which was attended by a group of strategic partners and dealers, representing in Sharjah Economic Development Department, Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), and a number of car dealerships and showrooms, and service provider partners, with the aim of enhancing the quality of services provided to customers and their happiness.
The session was witnessed by Lt. Col. Khaled Muhammad Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police, heads of departments and branch managers in the department, a number of specialised officers, driving partners and customers.
The session provided an opportunity for partners and customers to share their ideas and opinions about the provided digital services, taking into their consideration the challenges they may face, considering new ideas and practices that would develop the smart provided services.
Lt. Col. Khaled Muhammad Al-Kai stated that the aim of the session is to give opportunity for the customers and partners, allowing them to present and share their ideas and opinions about the digital services provided to them, in line with the objectives of the Sharjah Police, and the strategic objective of the Ministry of Interior.
In conclusion, the Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police honoured the participants.
