Sharjah24: Aiming of enhancing the happiness of customers, Lt. Col. Khaled Muhammad Al Kai, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police stressed that the department organised a brainstorming session on developing the digital services provided to the customers, in the presence of strategic partners and clients from car agencies and exhibitions, as well as the concerned authorities. This was held at the headquarters of the Sharjah Classic Cars Museum, within the framework of the strategy of the Ministry of Interior to ensure the best of its provided services.
As part of his exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, Lt. Col. Khaled Muhammad Al-Kai stated that the aim of the session is to give opportunity for the customers and partners, allowing them to present and share their ideas and opinions about the digital services provided to them, with highlighting the challenges that they may face, contributing to considering new ideas and practices that would develop the smart provided services.
At the end of his speech, the Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Sharjah Police thanked and appreciated all the partners and participants in the session, stressing the importance of serious work on providing all means of comfort to serve the customers.
