The organisation of this workshop came out of the SDPW's commitment to strengthening its cooperation with its strategic partners to achieve its objectives in providing distinguished services through the construction and maintenance of government buildings and to achieve its vision of a sustainable urbanisation.
Eng. Hind Nasser, Director of the Strategic Planning and Quality Centre at the SDPW, confirmed that the emirate's aspirations regarding government work require the adoption of work methodologies that rely on innovation and keep pace with future needs, noting that the courses and training programmes hosted by the department aim to confirm the executive and supervisory leadership in implementing comprehensive development plans and achieving organisational and strategic sustainability towards competitiveness.
The workshop dealt with inspiring leadership, effective management skills and practices, in addition to the concept of inspiring leadership.
