Sharjah24: Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) General Secretariat, succeeded in obtaining standard specification for knowledge management ISO 30401:2018 for the second year in a row, as the result of its keenness to continue the parliamentary system aimed at applying the highest international standards.
The departments and sections of the General Secretariat of the Council intensified their efforts over the year to implement all the requirements of the standard and to follow the best strategies for doing so in order to consolidate, review, and improve the knowledge management system in all businesses.
His Excellency Ahmed Saeed Al Jarwan, Secretary-General of the Council, expressed his happiness with this achievement, which adds to the balance of the Council in achieving its goals as a leading parliamentary through its cadres following the latest systems in the field of knowledge management, as well as other requirements and policies in improving performance and operations in all the council's work.
Al-Jarwan emphasised that adhering to the requirements of the ISO 30401 standard for knowledge management contributes to achieving the council's strategic goals in accordance with the highest standards of excellence and quality and improves performance by enhancing knowledge and learning new skills, maintaining the General Secretariat of the Council's desired excellence as an integrated house of expertise in carrying out the legislative and executive functions through its competent human cadres.
