Sharjah24: Sharjah24: The Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee, Appeals, Suggestions and Complaints in Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) expressed its legal opinion on the draft law to reorganise the Sharjah Education Council (SEC) in the Emirate of Sharjah, which the Council referred to the Committee for consideration and study.
This came during the meeting held by the Committee at the Council's headquarters in Sharjah. The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Dr. Shaheen Ishaq Al Mazmi, Chairman of the Committee, and attended by a number of dignitaries.
The committee considered the various articles contained in the draft law regulating the work system of the Sharjah Education Council in the Emirate of Sharjah in terms of legal formulations in the field of competencies and objectives.
The committee addressed the objectives contained in the draft law that would enable the Sharjah Education Council to enhance its contributions in various areas.
At the end of the meeting, the attendees decided to submit the committee's report to the Chairman of the Council in preparation for presenting it in the next session.
