Sharjah24: The Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee, Appeals, Suggestions and Complaints in Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) expressed its legal opinion on the draft amendment of the Real Estate Registration Law (RERL) in the Emirate of Sharjah, being referred by the Council to the Committee for consideration and study.
This came during the meeting held by the committee at the Council's headquarters in Sharjah. The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Dr. Shaheen Ishaq Al Mazmi, Chairman of the Committee, and attended by a number of dignitaries.
The committee considered the various articles contained in the draft law regulating the system of real estate registration work in the Emirate of Sharjah in terms of legal formulations in the field of competencies and objectives, contributing in ensuring the urban development in the emirate.
Concluding the meeting, the attendees decided to submit the committee's report to the Chairman of the Council in preparation for presenting it in the next session.
