Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey (SDTPS) launched the third phase of its services on the “WhatsApp” application, which included 8 new services.
This brings the total number of services provided through the application since its launch to 26 services that provide the ability to complete transactions in a timely manner and with minimal effort for the public.
The people can use the services immediately after registering the number 0097165121212 and sending the word “’Marhaba” in Arabic or Hello in English to start communicating, choose the services displayed automatically, and follow the procedures until the service is completed and the final product is received.
The launch of the third phase of services on the "WhatsApp" application comes as a continuation of the department's efforts to provide its services in various channels of communication with the public.
