Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Directorate of Public Works (SDPW), Dibba Al Hisn Branch, in cooperation with the Sharjah Social Services Department, hosted the volunteer students in the volunteer programme "Hassad Volunteer Camp 20" under the theme "Volunteer for Sharjah."
This includes various volunteer activities, targeting children from the age group of 6 to 12 years.
The directorate's engineers accompanied the volunteers on field tours of many of the ongoing and implemented projects by the directorate.
Engineer Israa Al Naqbi from the Dibba Al Hisn Branch stressed her appreciation for the initiatives of the Sharjah Social Services Department, which emphasise the importance of social responsibility and its reflection on the advancement of societies.
