Sharjah 24: Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Chief of the Sharjah Ruler's Office in Kalba, confirmed that encouraging and supporting small business owners is a joint social responsibility to enhance their contributions to the national economy.
Sheikh Haitham praised the efforts of the University of Sharjah in supporting and encouraging graduates to engage in entrepreneurship projects.
On the sidelines of the inauguration of the National Exhibition of Holy Qur’an Manuscripts and Small Pioneering Projects at the University’s headquarters in Kalba, Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi expressed his happiness with the contents of the exhibition, which included dozens of pavilions for different types of projects.
Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi added that supporting and encouraging the owners of these projects is a joint social responsibility due to the role and contribution of small projects to the quality of life of their owners and to the national product in general.
He praised the efforts of the institutions participating in the exhibition and the companies sponsoring the activities and events of the exhibition. Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi concluded by hailing the concerted efforts of organisers and volunteers in turning the event into a success and supporting talented project owners, university graduates and productive families.
