Sharjah24: His Excellency Prof. Awad Al Khalaf, Acting Chancellor of Al Qasimia University (AQU), received Indonesian Consul General in Dubai His Excellency K. Candra Negara, at the headquarters of his office at the University in Sharjah.
The two sides discussed means of joint cooperation, and familiarized themselves with the university's progress and experience in providing a unique and fruitful learning environment for its students from all over the world. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Office of International Relations and Student Recruitment at Al Qasimia University, Dr. Zakaria Noah.
Al Khalaf welcomed the visit of the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia, pointing to the keenness of Al Qasimia University to strengthen its relations with various countries of the world, within the framework of its vision to converge joint efforts to develop academic cooperation and coordination, and to receive various students studying from all over the world.
Al-Khalaf reviewed the stages of the university's development, presenting a conception of the goals of establishing Al Qasimia University and the unlimited support provided by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Sharjah, and President of the University for all stages of the university's development.
His Excellency K. Candra Negara praised the role of Al Qasimia University and its global message in its educational fields, its distinction among various universities and its attraction of students from all over the world.
