Senegal Ambassador reviews programmes of Al Qasimia University

Sharjah24: The Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal to the Emirates, Ibrahim Suri Sila briefed on the various programmes of the university and discussed his country's cooperation with Al Qasimia University to send more students to study in its faculties.
This came during the meeting of Prof. Dr. Awad Al Khalaf, Acting Director of Al Qasimia University, with Senegal Ambassador at his office at the university’s headquarters Friday, accompanied by the advisor at the embassy, Masar Jouf.

The meeting with the university was attended by Director of the Office of International Relations and Student Recruitment, Dr. Zakaria Noah, and the University's Public Relations Officer, Ali Al Naqbi.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Awad Al-Khalaf welcomed the Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal to the country, stressing that the university welcomes the strengthening of its relations with the countries of the world through its embassies within the country and the strengthening of joint cooperation to receive students from all countries to study in the university's faculties.

His Excellency the Ambassador praised the role of Al Qasimia University and its firm presence as an educational edifice that attracts students from all countries of the world and the keenness of the Senegalese government to send its students to study at Al Qasimia University.

They discussed the affairs of students at the university, documenting relations between the two sides, and touching upon a number of general issues aimed at serving the student and the educational process at the university. The ambassador of Senegal indicated his country's keenness to strengthen cooperation with the university to send a number of students.

In his speech, the ambassador praised the levels of Senegalese university graduates, who have joined many government jobs due to their international standards in the studies they have received, and are currently contributing to the service of their country in light of the need for more female students studying all legal disciplines.
